COVID Protocols for The Forum

Mask are required in the public spaces except while actively eating and drinking. Prior to entering Venue SIX10, all attendees will be required to complete a secure symptom verification via Cvent Health Check (powered by ID.me). The Health Check link will be available Wednesday, May 11th and takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.

Before you arrive, you must create an ID.me account to upload your vaccination card and participate in the mandatory health check.

Vaccinated Attendees Right of Entry Protocol
Vaccinated attendees must provide proof of vaccination through ID.me. According to the CDC guidelines a person is considered fully vaccinated:

  • Two weeks after their 2nd dose of Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine.

  • Two weeks after their first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Unvaccinated Attendees Right of Entry Protocol
Unvaccinated attendees must provide proof of a negative rapid or PCR test up to 48 hours prior to the event.

On-site Health and Safety Measures
The following protocols will be in place during the Forum:

  • All attendees must complete a health screening in accordance with the Vaccinated and Unvaccinated Right of Entry Protocols.

  • All attendees and staff are recommended to wear masks in accordance with local regulations. Masks can be taken off in designated eating spaces.

  • All attendees and staff should:

    • Not enter the venue if they are experiencing flu-like symptoms.

    • Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

    • Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouths with unwashed hands.
